The Meter Operations fieldwork is supported by OnStream's 24 hour Contact Centre and Customer Management Centre (CMC).

The Contact Centre is based in Gloucester and provides an initial contact point for all customer enquiries. This is in turn supported by CMC which provides a comprehensive query management service. Based in OnStream's Head office in Solihull, the CMC provides a dedicated facility where all queries are logged, monitored and reported on a routine basis.
