Installation & Maintenance
Since
operations began in June 2003, OnStream has installed more than
1.5 million gas and electricity domestic and I&C meters. With
a combination of in-house workforce and a network of service
providers, OnStream provides a national service for both domestic
and I&C metering.
OnStream's meter workers also provide an on-going maintenance
service throughout the life of the meter. Energy suppliers can
request additional maintenance services including:
 Meter
exchange - e.g. credit for prepayment.
Emergency
call out for meter faults.
Meter
position alterations.
Reconnection
/ disconnection (gas).
Energisation
/ de-energisation (electricity).
Meter
accuracy tests
Meter
worker day / half-day hire.
