New Business Operations Director
Sharon Rodriguez has taken up the role of Business Operations
Director for OnStream. Sharon is taking over from Martin Cook
who is leaving to take up a role in National Grid US. Sharon
has considerable experience in the commercial arena and is
looking forward to continuing the development of OnStream
into the leading provider of utility metering services.

OnStream launches revamped website
OnStream is proud to announce the launch of our exciting and
refreshed website. The redevelopment includes a new design,
re-organisation and new content. It is packed full of valuable
information on our company and the services we offer and we
hope that it will provide all interested parties with a better
understanding and awareness of OnStream.

2 million meters! 1 meter to 2 million in 4 years!
It was only March last year that we installed our millionth
meter and now over 2 million OnStream meters have been installed
across Great Britain. This highlights OnStream's continued
dedication to installing and maintaining meters at the highest
standards.

Withdrawal of DNO services
With the withdrawal of DNO services in several parts of the
UK, OnStream would like to offer its metering services to
energy suppliers seeking a replacement meter provider. OnStream
offers a national dual fuel service across the country, installing
and maintaining a range of metering assets including AMR.

OnStream has now installed more than 1.5 million gas and
electricity meters across the UK.
OnStream installs and maintains meters across the whole of
the country, offering energy suppliers an efficient service
supported by a dedicated customer contact centre.

OnStream installs 100 Smart Meters
With the trial well on its way, OnStream have now installed
100 I&C Smart Meters. The trial is progressing well; meters
are working accurately and the communication technology is
functioning correctly, providing daily meter reads. The trial
is ramping up and 500 meters should be installed by the end
of July.

OnStream installs one-millionth meter
Since the launch of the company in 2003, OnStream has been
working hard to install thousands of gas and electricity meters
across the country. This week OnStream is proud to announce
the installation of its millionth meter. It has taken considerable
hard work and dedication from our employees to reach this
milestone and this will continue into the future ensuring
OnStream’s continued growth in the market.

OnStream installs 1st Smart Meter
Today, OnStream installed its first Smart Meter as part of
an ongoing trial. The trial will involve the installation
of 500 meters to I&C Non-domestic sites around the country.
The meter has AMR technology involving two-way communication.
Using mobile SMS technology, meter reads are obtained and
faults fixed remotely. The device will enable consumers to
have a greater awareness of their energy consumption and receive
more accurate bills from their supplier.

OnStream Sponsor and speak at SBGI Metering Event 2005
The Society of British Gas Industries (SBGI) conference for
Utility Metering Services and Technology was held on Wednesday
16th March at the Techno Centre, Coventry University.
OnStream was one of the three sponsors of the event which
was focused on change and during which Colin Bryce, Director
of Sales and Marketing gave a presentation with the theme
"A view from outside regulation".
